Coffee Bar Update - A Fabulous Fete

I’ve been wanting to step up my at-home coffee game for a while, so when I finally got this Breville Barista Touch espresso maker, I went all in on a cute little coffee bar set-up. The machine is super easy to use, and I have been loving the option to have a latte or cappuccino in the morning instead of a regular ole cup of joe. We’ve even started to play around with adding syrups and spices to add our own twist on the classics. Unfortunately, I haven’t perfected the process to achieve some epic foam art, but it’s a new goal for 2020 ;)

After getting the Breville espresso maker, my first mission was to find a something to put it on for our little coffee corner. I knew I wanted to have a reasonable amount of workspace on the top, and needed storage below for any coffee essentials. I loved that this cabinet checked both of those boxes, and was a fun accent piece to add to our dining room. To complete the set-up, I found some containers and jars to hold syrups, beans, sugar, etc. so everything I could ever possibly need would be in one place.

It has been so nice having this area dedicated to my daily caffeine dose, and I’m loving getting a little more creative with my coffee each day. I’d love to hear any tips or tricks you have! Specifically in the latte art area if you have them;)

what is your go-to at home coffee recipe?
