Cucumber Grapefruit Valentines Day Cocktail
Like I mentioned yesterday, we will most likely be hanging around the house for the big VDAY. So for those of you that are doing the same, I have a delicious cocktail that you must shake up for whoever you are spending it with. Going out? Mix one before. Ya, you can pregame before your valentines day dinner date. Tell them I said it's ok.
Back to the cocktail. I hate grapefruit on it's own, but omg, this has got to be one of the best, simple, cocktails I have made to date. Plus you serve it with flowers, SO... it must be good.
Ingredients (makes one serving):
- one part skinnygirl cucumber vodka
- one part triple sec
- two parts fresh grapefruit juice
- edible flowers for garnish
Mix all ingredients except flowers in a shaker with ice. Add fresh ice in your glass and pour the drink over. Top with flowers and a slice of grapefruit for garnish. Serve. Drink. Celebrate that you just found your new fave cocktail.
