Green Olive & Gruyère Skewers with Lemon-Herb Drizzle


A super simple appetizer recipe I made for my May dinner party! Prep the drizzle the day before and assemble right before guests arrive. A great time saving snack the impress all your guests.


Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Gruyère cheese, cubed

  • 1 jar Castelvetrano olives

  • Toothpicks

Lemon-Herb Drizzle:

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Zest + juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Assemble skewers with alternating cheese and olives.

  2. Whisk drizzle ingredients together.

  3. Right before serving, drizzle over skewers.
