Green Olive & Gruyère Skewers with Lemon-Herb Drizzle
A super simple appetizer recipe I made for my May dinner party! Prep the drizzle the day before and assemble right before guests arrive. A great time saving snack the impress all your guests.
Ingredients:
6 oz Gruyère cheese, cubed
1 jar Castelvetrano olives
Toothpicks
Lemon-Herb Drizzle:
¼ cup olive oil
Zest + juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions:
Assemble skewers with alternating cheese and olives.
Whisk drizzle ingredients together.
Right before serving, drizzle over skewers.
