Every time we go away, whether it's a vacation outside of the country, or a quick day trip locally, I always seem to pick up a few new recipes. It's one of my favorite parts of traveling. And doesn't hurt when it comes to creating content for the blog! The last time we were in Palm Springs, we stopped by Birba and had a super refreshing salad. Here is a quick take on their version that would make the perfect side to a summer BBQ.
- Fresh peaches
- Crumbled Feta
- Fresh Mint
- Chop peaches into bite size pieces
- Chop Mint
- Sprinkle peaches with feta followed by the mint (both ingredients to taste)
- Add a little olive oil, salt or pepper depending on how you'd like to serve the dish
A super easy addition to add into your summer recipe rotation. And all the ingredients can be prepped before hand to make entertaining even simpler.
